Privacy Policy

Information stored on your device

Orbit does not require an account. Your selected zodiac sign and, if you create a birth chart, the birth details and calculated chart are saved in your browser storage so the site can remember your choices. The birth-chart calculation and city lookup run locally in your browser; the birth details and chart are not sent to Orbit’s server by those features.

You can remove this information by clearing this site’s local storage or browser data. Some temporary horoscope-feed results may be held in session storage and are cleared when the browser session ends.

Third-party services and network requests

• Daily horoscope feed: When available, Orbit requests a reading from Sigastra. The request includes the selected sign, the current date, the language, and whether a full reading was requested. As with any web request, Sigastra may receive your IP address and technical request information. See Sigastra for its own terms and privacy information.
• Web fonts: Orbit loads typefaces from Google Fonts. Your browser connects to Google to retrieve those font files.

Orbit’s birth-city list is bundled with the site and is searched locally; it does not send the city you type to GeoNames.

Advertising and analytics

The advertising spaces currently shown on Orbit are previews only. No advertising SDK or analytics service is currently loaded by this site. If advertising or analytics is enabled later, this policy will be updated to identify the relevant providers and describe their cookies, similar technologies, and available choices before those tools are used.

Cookies, security, and retention

Orbit currently uses browser storage for site preferences and chart results rather than requiring an account. Your browser controls let you inspect or clear this data. Standard hosting providers may also process technical server logs when the site is hosted. No method of online transmission or storage can be guaranteed completely secure.

Children’s privacy

Orbit is intended for a general audience and is not designed to collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided information through the service, contact the site operator using the contact details that will be published on the Contact page.

Policy changes and contact

We may update this policy when Orbit’s features, providers, or legal requirements change. The updated version and its effective date will appear on this page. For questions or privacy requests, use the contact details on our Contact page.
